The Pirates and Mermaids group is for all our 4 and 5 year olds, and their exciting, enthusiastic team can frequently be heard sailing around the bay. Our carefully selected sailing instructors encourage 'safe fun on the water', and make the most of the short concentration spans of very young children by varying the activities throughout the day.

They may be trapezing on a Laser Stratos, or sailing an Optimist with a friend, crewing a Pico, or windsurfing on one of our popular Mini-bic boards. The options are endless and all are aimed at introducing and improving sailing skills.

The Pirates' and Mermaids programme involves expeditions to beaches and islands around the bay, as well as beach games with all the other children.

The groups are small and well supervised with a high ratio of instructors to children, making it easy to learn new skills and quickly make new friends.
